Art. 130 Obst- oder Gemüsebrand
1 Obst- oder Gemüsebrand ist eine Spirituose, die ausschliesslich durch alkoholische Gärung und Destillation einer frischen fleischigen Frucht oder des frischen Mostes dieser Frucht – mit oder ohne Steine – oder von Beeren oder Gemüse gewonnen und zu weniger als 86 Volumenprozent so destilliert wird, dass das Destillat das Aroma und den Geschmack der destillierten Ausgangsstoffe bewahrt. 2 Der Gehalt an flüchtigen Bestandteilen muss mindestens 200 g/hl reinen Alkohols betragen.
