Art. 4 Geltungsbereich
Die Bestimmungen dieses Kapitels gelten für natürliches Mineralwasser: a. das in Behältnisse abgefüllt als Lebensmittel an Konsumentinnen und Konsumenten abgegeben wird; b. das zur Verwendung als Zutat in einem Lebensmittel auch in Grossbehältern geliefert werden kann. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I der V des EDI vom 27. Mai 2020, in Kraft seit 1. Juli 2020 (AS 2020 2299).
