§ 5 Mehrere selbständige Erwerbstätigkeiten
Hat der Verfolgte gleichzeitig mehrere selbständige Erwerbstätigkeiten ausgeübt und ist er nicht aus jeder dieser Erwerbstätigkeiten verdrängt worden, so liegt eine Beschränkung in der Ausübung der selbständigen Erwerbstätigkeit vor. § 66 Abs. 3 BEG findet Anwendung.
