Art. 24 E. Revisionsstelle
Wahlvoraussetzungen 1 Die Revisionsstelle ist entweder ein internes, unabhängiges Rechnungsprüfungsorgan oder eine externe Revisionsstelle, die im Sinne von Art. 727a OR befähigt ist. 2 Die Leitung der Revisionsstelle und die mit der Revision des Gemeindeverbands befassten Personen dürfen im Gemeindeverband keine weitere Funktion ausüben und mit diesem neben dem Revisionsmandat keine geschäftlichen Beziehungen pflegen.
