§ 8. Nõuded partnerile ja tema taotlusele
(1) Partnerile kohaldatakse ühendmääruse § 3 lõikes 2 sätestatud nõudeid ja ta peab olema nimetatud seirekomisjoni heaks kiidetud „Ühtekuuluvuspoliitika fondide 2021–2027 perioodi partnerite võimestamise teekaardis”. (2) Partneri taotlusele kohaldatakse ühendmääruse § 4 lõike 1 punktides 1–4, 7 ja 10 sätestatud nõudeid.
