Art. 16
1) Dieses Abkommen tritt an dem der Unterzeichnung folgenden Tag in Kraft. 2) Dieses Abkommen ist unbefristet. Es kann jederzeit unter Einhaltung einer Frist von drei Monaten gekündigt werden. Die Kündigung ist der anderen Vertragspartei auf diplomatischem Wege zu notifizieren.
