Akteneinsicht, Auskunftsrecht 1 Der GPK stehen sämtliche Akten und Beschlüsse, die zur Prüfung des Budgets, der Jahresrechnung, sowie der allgemeinen Geschäftsführung notwendig sind, uneingeschränkt zur Verfügung. 2 Die GPK kann den Bürgermeister, Kommissionspräsidenten und das Personal der Bürgerratskanzlei und des Bürgerheims zur mündlichen oder schriftlichen Berichterstattung über bestimmte Geschäfte einladen.
