Art. 5 II. Entsorgung und Information
Container 1 Container für Kehricht sind zur Leerung auf den hierfür von der Stadt bestimmten Standplätzen bereitzustellen. Vorschriftswidrig bereitgestellte oder defekte Container werden nicht geleert. 2 Die Container ohne Gebührensäcke müssen mit geschlossenem Deckel und mit einer Plombe versehen bereitgestellt werden. Mechanisch gepresste Container müssen mit den Verladeeinrichtungen der städtischen Fahrzeuge entleert werden können. 3 Die Container dürfen ein Maximalgewicht von 130 kg (ungepresst) und von 250 kg (gepresst) nicht überschreiten.
