1 Der Gemeinderat setzt die für die Ergänzungswahl geltenden Fristen und Verfahren so rasch als möglich fest. 2 Die Stadtkanzlei sorgt für die umgehende Veröffentlichung. Die Fristen und Termine von Art. 15 ff. können unterschritten werden, müssen aber die Bedürfnisse der Kandidierenden und Parteien zur Vorbereitung der Ersatzwahl sowie die Versandfrist gemäss Art. 20 Abs. 5 berücksichtigen.
