§ 142. Aegumise mõiste
(1) Õigus nõuda teiselt isikult teo tegemist või sellest hoidumist (nõue) aegub seaduses sätestatud tähtaja (aegumistähtaeg) jooksul. Pärast nõude aegumist võib kohustatud isik keelduda oma kohustuse täitmisest. (2) Seaduses sätestatud juhtudel nõudeõigus ei aegu.
