§ 82. Tehingu notariaalne tõestamine
Seaduse või poolte kokkuleppega ettenähtud juhtudel peab tehing olema notariaalselt tõestatud. Tehingu notariaalse tõestamise õigus on Eesti notaril. Seaduses sätestatud juhtudel on tehingu notariaalse tõestamise õigus notari asemel ka muul isikul.
