Anlagen, deren Betreiber die Geltendmachung des verlängerten Zahlungsanspruchs dem Netzbetreiber nach Maßgabe des § 12d mitgeteilt haben, dürfen nicht an Ausschreibungen nach § 39g des Erneuerbare-Energien-Gesetzes teilnehmen.
