Acquisition of Land Act 1981
Write the words of this act the way you think they should read. Solon shows your change as a redline against the published text and pins it to that exact text, so it can never be applied to wording you did not see.

(1) Subject to this section, in relation to the compulsory purchase— (a) of a right to store gas in an underground gas storage under section 12(1) of the Gas Act 1965, or (b) of any right under subsections (2) or (3) of section 13 of that Act, this Act, the enactments incorporated therewith and the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965 shall have effect as if— (i) references (whatever the terms used) to the land comprised in the compulsory purchase order were construed, where the context so requires, as references to the stratum of land constituting the underground gas storage or, as the case may be, the land comprising the well, borehole or shaft, and (ii) references to the obtaining or taking possession of the land so comprised were construed as references to the exercise of the right. One line that says what changes, such as "Halve the dog tax".
Who it helps, what it costs, what it fixes. It is what persuades people to support it.
A proposal here is not law. Support on Solon is evidence that people want the change; the official route says what it takes to make it law.

Ask what your change would do, who would gain and who would bear a cost, and where something like it is already law. The assistant reads your draft as it stands, cites the law and the studies it finds, and takes no side. What you file stays yours.
