1 Der Kanton St.Gallen tritt der interkantonalen Vereinbarung betreffend die Melioration der Linthebene in den Kantonen Schwyz und St.Gallen vom 9. Dezember 1994 bei.4 2 Die Regierung wird ermächtigt, den Beitritt zu erklären.5

Art. 2
