Art. 23 IV. Abstellplätze
1 Bei Neu- und Umbauten sind für die Gebäudebenützer auf privatem Grund Abstellplätze oder Garagen für Motorfahrzeuge bereitzustellen. Die Abstellfläche hat ein Minimalmass von 2.50 x 5 m aufzuweisen. 2 Bei Einfamilienhäusern ist ein Abstellplatz bereitzustellen. 3 Bei Mehrfamilienhäusern muss pro Wohnung mindestens ein Abstellplatz vorhanden sein. Bei Geschäftshäusern sowie Gewerbebetrieben bestimmt jeweils der Gemeinderat nach Massgabe der Zahl der Betriebsangehörigen und des Publikumsandrangs die Zahl der Abstellplätze. 4 In der Kernzone kann der Gemeinderat Ausnahmen bewilligen.
