Gegen Beschlüsse des Gemeinderates oder der Einwohnergemeinde in Bausachen, kann der Betroffene gemäss Art. 209 lit. f des Gemeindegesetzes vom 9. Juli 1892 beim Regierungsrat innert 20 Tagen schriftlich Rekurs erheben. Die Rekurse und Einsprachen sind bei der Rechtsmittelinstanz einzureichen. Mit dem Erlass von Verfügungen sind die Betroffenen auf die Rechtsmittel aufmerksam zu machen.
