§ 9 Arztvorbehalt
Nur ein Arzt darf vornehmen: 1. die künstliche Befruchtung, 2. die Präimplantationsdiagnostik, 3. die Übertragung eines menschlichen Embryos auf eine Frau, 4. die Konservierung eines menschlichen Embryos sowie einer menschlichen Eizelle, in die bereits eine menschliche Samenzelle eingedrungen oder künstlich eingebracht worden ist.
