Art. 43 Gebührenbemessung nach Zeitaufwand
(Art. 33 BauPG) 1 Die folgenden Gebühren werden nach dem Zeitaufwand bemessen: a. die Gebühren nach Artikel 42 Absatz 1; b. die Gebühren für die Bezeichnung und die Kontrollen von bezeichneten Stellen und benannten TBS. 2 Der Stundenansatz beträgt 200 Franken. Er wird periodisch gemäss dem Landesindex der Konsumentenpreise durch das BBL angepasst. 3 Für Kontrollen, die dringlich oder ausserhalb der normalen Arbeitszeit durchgeführt werden, können Zuschläge bis zu 50 Prozent der ordentlichen Gebühr erhoben werden.
