Übergangsbestimmungen 1 Der Grundsatz der Abgabe von Grundstücken im Baurecht gilt nicht für Grundstücke, zu deren Verkauf vor Inkrafttreten dieses Reglements ein rechtsgültiger Vorvertrag abgeschlossen worden ist. 2 Für einen Verkauf gemäss Art. 5 können nur vergleichbare Grundstücke herangezogen werden, die nach dem Inkrafttreten dieses Reglements erworben worden sind.
