§ 34 Pflegekosten
Ist der Verletzte infolge des Dienstunfalles so hilflos, dass er nicht ohne fremde Hilfe und Pflege auskommen kann, so sind ihm die Kosten einer notwendigen Pflege in angemessenem Umfang zu erstatten. Die Dienstbehörde kann jedoch selbst für die Pflege Sorge tragen.
