§ 87 Unfallfürsorge
(1) Für die am 1. Januar 1977 vorhandenen Beamten steht ein vor diesem Zeitpunkt erlittener Dienstunfall im Sinne des bisherigen Bundes- oder Landesrechts dem Dienstunfall im Sinne dieses Gesetzes gleich. (2) (weggefallen) (3) Eine Entschädigung aus einer Unfallversicherung, für die der Dienstherr die Beiträge gezahlt hat, ist auf die Unfallentschädigung nach § 43 Abs. 3 anzurechnen.
