Art. 6 III. Gemeinsame Bestimmungen
Gebühr für weiteren Aufwand 1 Werden die Anordnungen der Abteilung Umwelt und Landschaft nicht oder mangelhaft erfüllt, so dass Mahnungen, Verwarnungen, weitere Korrespondenz, Verfügungen, Strafanzeige oder dergleichen nötig werden, so wird für den entsprechenden Zeitaufwand eine Gebühr erhoben. 2 Im Zusammenhang mit Öl- und Gasfeuerungsanlagen bis zu einer Feuerungswärmeleistung von 1 MW wird sie von der Anlageneigentümerschaft, in den übrigen Fällen von der Verursacherin oder vom Verursacher erhoben. 3 Die Gebühr beträgt pro Stunde Fr. 100.00.
