Dispositions transitoires 1 Les procédés de réclame installés selon la législation antérieure, mais non conformes à la présente loi, doivent être supprimés dans un délai maximum de 2 ans, sous réserve de l’obtention d’une autorisation. 2 Les procédés de réclame non conformes à la présente loi, mais au bénéfice d’un contrat d’une durée supérieure à 2 ans au moment de l’adoption de la présente loi peuvent être maintenus jusqu’à l’échéance du contrat, mais pour 5 ans au plus.
