In Anhang XXII des Abkommens wird unter Nummer 4 (Richtlinie 78/660/EWG des Rates) folgender Gedankenstrich angefügt: "- 32003 L 0038: Richtlinie 2003/38/EG des Rates vom 13. Mai 2003 zur Änderung der Richtlinie 78/660/EWG über den Jahresabschluss von Gesellschaften bestimmter Rechtsformen hinsichtlich der in Euro ausgedrückten Beträge (ABl. L 120 vom 15.5.2003, S. 22)."
