Art. 11 Waren- und Dienstleistungsverzeichnis
Die Waren und Dienstleistungen, für welche die Marke beansprucht wird, sind präzise zu bezeichnen und mit der Nummer der Klasse nach dem Abkommen von Nizza vom 15. Juni 1957 über die internationale Klassifikation von Waren und Dienstleistungen (Nizzaer Klassifikationsabkommen) zu versehen.
