Art. 19 Eintragung und Veröffentlichung
1 Liegen keine Zurückweisungsgründe vor, so trägt das IGE die Marke im Markenregister ein und veröffentlicht die Eintragung. 2 Es bestätigt dem Markeninhaber die Eintragung. Die Bestätigung enthält die im Register eingetragenen Angaben. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I der V vom 2. Dez. 2016, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2017 (AS 2016 4829).
