1 Artikel 23 Absätze 1 und 2 gilt sinngemäss für das Verfahren zur Löschung einer Markeneintragung wegen Nichtgebrauchs der Marke. 2 Das IGE kann das Verfahren aussetzen, wenn der Entscheid über die Löschung vom Ausgang eines Zivilverfahrens oder eines anderen Verfahrens abhängt.
