Das IGE löscht auf Antrag des Markeninhabers das zugunsten einer Drittperson eingetragene Recht, wenn eine ausdrückliche Verzichtserklärung des Inhabers dieses Rechts oder eine andere genügende Urkunde vorgelegt wird.
