Art. 52b Begriffe
In dieser Verordnung bedeuten:
a. Produkte nach Artikel 48c MSchG: Produkte, die weder in die Kategorie der Naturprodukte noch in die Kategorie der Lebensmittel fallen, insbesondere industrielle Produkte;
b. Naturprodukte: Produkte nach Artikel 48a MSchG, die direkt aus der Natur stammen und für das Inverkehrbringen nicht verarbeitet werden;
c. Materialien: Rohstoffe gemäss Artikel 48c MSchG; sie umfassen neben den eigentlichen Rohmaterialien auch Hilfsstoffe und Halbfabrikate.
