Art. 52j Berücksichtigung der Kosten für Hilfsstoffe
Die Kosten für Hilfsstoffe brauchen den Herstellungskosten des Produkts nicht zugerechnet zu werden, wenn: a. die Hilfsstoffe für die Eigenschaften des Produkts von völlig untergeordneter Bedeutung sind; und b. die Kosten für die Hilfsstoffe in Bezug auf die Herstellungskosten des Produkts vernachlässigbar sind.
