Art. 8a Umwandlung einer internationalen Registrierung in ein Eintragungsgesuch
Ein Eintragungsgesuch nach Artikel 46a MSchG erhält als Hinterlegungsdatum das Eintragungsdatum der entsprechenden internationalen Registrierung oder der Schutzausdehnung auf die Schweiz. Eingefügt durch Ziff. I der V vom 22. Jan. 1997, in Kraft seit 1. Mai 1997 (AS 1997 865).
