Für alle vorübergehenden, länger als 14 Tage verwendeten Wasseranschlüsse, wie bei Standrohren und Bauwasseranschlüssen, muss ab dem Zeitpunkt des Wasserzählerbezugs eine Mengengebühr gemäss Art. 26 entrichtet werden.
