Art. 31 VI. Rechtsschutz
1 Anordnungen, die gestützt auf diese Verordnung erlassen werden, können innert 30 Tagen nach Mitteilung mit Begehren um Neubeurteilung beim Stadtrat angefochten werden. 2 Das Verfahren der Neubeurteilung richtet sich nach den Bestimmungen des Gemeindegesetzes9 und des Verwaltungsrechtspflegegesetzes10 sowie nach den städtischen Bestimmungen.
