§ 8 Abweichende Bestimmung des Beginns der Aufbewahrungs- und Speicherungsfrist
Die Leitung der für die Aktenaufbewahrung oder -speicherung zuständigen Stelle kann anordnen, dass die Aufbewahrungs- und Speicherungsfrist allgemein oder für einzelne Angelegenheiten abweichend von den §§ 4 bis 7 unmittelbar mit dem Ereignis beginnt, das dem Fristbeginn zugrunde liegt. Die Anordnung ist zu dokumentieren. Sie kann auch von einer übergeordneten Stelle erlassen werden.
