Art. 14 Übertragung des Barvermögens
1 Mit dem Inkrafttreten dieser Verordnung wird das Barvermögen der Wohlfahrtskasse hälftig aufgeteilt auf ein Vermögen für: a. die Leistungen nach Artikel 6 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a; b. die Leistungen nach Artikel 6 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b. 2 Die Eröffnungsbilanz wird dem EFD zur Genehmigung vorgelegt.
