Jede Vertragspartei stellt sicher, dass in ihren internen Rechtsvorschriften die Möglichkeit strafrechtlicher Sanktionen für die Manipulation von Sportwettbewerben vorgesehen ist, wenn diese mit Nötigung, Korruption oder mit Betrug im Sinne ihres internen Rechts einhergeht.
