Andere Abschriften 1 Der Notar kann weitere Abschriften aushändigen, soweit ein schutzwürdiges Interesse glaubhaft gemacht wird und kein Missbrauch zu befürchten ist. 2 Handelt es sich bei der Abschrift um einen Schuldtitel, so kann eine weitere Abschrift nur auf gerichtlichen Entscheid hin ausgehändigt werden.
