Unvereinbarkeiten - Grundsatz 1 Die notarielle Tätigkeit ist mit jeder anderen überwiegend gewinnbringenden Tätigkeit unvereinbar, ausgenommen jener des Anwalts. Vorbehalten bleiben Artikel 21 und 22. 2 Der Notar darf keine Urkunde errichten, die direkt eine Angelegenheit betrifft, in der er selbst oder einer seiner Büropartner als Anwalt tätig war.
