Art. 24
Gründe 1 Der Notar kann jederzeit auf die Berufsausübung verzichten. Die Verzichtserklärung hat uneingeschränkt zu erfolgen. Er benachrichtigt darüber schriftlich das Departement und den Notarenverband. 2 Im Übrigen wird die Berufsausübung bei Erreichen des 70. Altersjahrs, im Todesfall, beim Entzug der Berufsausübungsbewilligung oder bei der Amtsenthebung beendet.
