Zeugen 1 Der Beizug von Zeugen ist nur in den vom Gesetz vorgesehenen Fällen notwendig. 2 Als Zeugen können nicht auftreten: a) Personen, die nicht handlungsfähig sind; b) Personen, die weder lesen noch schreiben können; c) die Nachkommen, Vorfahren, Brüder und Schwestern der Parteien, deren Ehegatten und die Ehegatten der Parteien oder Komparenten.
