Beglaubigung von Kopien 1 Die Beglaubigung einer Kopie besteht in einer Bestätigung des Notars, dass sie ein ihm vorgewiesenes Dokument vollständig und richtig wiedergibt. Enthält die Kopie nur einen Auszug, so ist dieser Umstand zu vermerken. 2 Die Bestätigung vermerkt die Art des Dokumentes (Original, Abschrift, bereits beglaubigte Kopie oder nicht), sofern dies nicht bereits aus der Kopie hervorgeht.
