§ 3 Ausnahmen
Die zuständige Behörde kann auf schriftlichen oder elektronischen Antrag Ausnahmen von den Vorschriften des Anhangs zu dieser Verordnung zulassen, wenn 1. eine andere, ebenso wirksame Maßnahme getroffen wird oder 2. die Durchführung der Vorschrift im Einzelfall zu einer unverhältnismäßigen Härte führen würde und die Abweichung mit dem Schutz der Arbeitnehmer und Dritter sowie mit den Belangen der öffentlichen Sicherheit vereinbar ist.
