Prelievo La tassa viene notificata dal Municipio, tramite l'Azienda acqua potabile, ai proprietari dei fabbricati e ai titolari di diritti reali limitati, come pure ai proprietari di fondi non edificati allacciati alla rete delle canalizzazioni. Per la tassa d'uso 2026 vengono richiesti acconti contemporaneamente a quelli richiesti per il consumo di acqua potabile, calcolati sulla base di un consumo stimato; nel corso del 2027, dopo la lettura del consumo definitivo riferito all'anno 2026, verrà emesso il conguaglio. 1- 7 y P. 2 di 2 Città di Lugano www.lugano.ch
