Art. 24 Übergangsrecht
1 Bestehende private Abwasseranlagen ab dem ersten Kontrollschacht ausserhalb des Gebäudes, dem die Anlage dient, gelten auf den Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieses Reglements als öffentliche Abwasseranlagen. 2 Für private Abwasseranlagen, welche im Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieses Reglements noch nicht an das öffentliche Abwassernetz angeschlossen sind, ist die Anschlussgebühr nach diesem Reglement zu entrichten.
