Dokumentationspflichten (Art. 38 bis 40 IVöB) 1 Die Auftraggeberin oder der Auftraggeber dokumentiert die Prüfung, die Bereinigung und die Bewertung der Angebote in einem Evaluationsbericht so, dass diese nachvollziehbar sind. 2 Das Protokoll der Angebotsbereinigung enthält wenigstens folgende Angaben: a) Ort; b) Datum; c) Namen der Teilnehmenden; d) bereinigte Angebotsbestandteile; e) Resultate der Bereinigung.
