Entschädigung der Anbieterinnen und Anbieter (Art. 24 Abs. 3 Bst. c und Art. 36 Bst. h IVöB) 1 Die Ausarbeitung des Antrags auf Teilnahme und des Angebots wird nicht entschädigt. 2 Verlangt die Auftraggeberin oder der Auftraggeber Vorleistungen, die über den gewöhnlichen Aufwand hinausgehen, gibt sie oder er in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen bekannt, ob und wie diese Vorleistungen entschädigt werden.
