§ 1. Määruse reguleerimisala
Määrusega reguleeritakse autoveoseaduse § 22 lõikes 1 nimetatud veoloa taotlemist ja andmist ning sellele kantavaid andmeid, Rahvusvahelise Transpordifoorumi Euroopa Transpordiministrite Konverentsi (edaspidi CEMT) veolubade jaotuskava koostamist, kahepoolsete veolubade jaotuspõhimõtteid ja kehtestatakse kahepoolse veoloa vormid.
