§ 2b Mitteilungspflicht
Die zuständigen obersten Landesbehörden übermitteln dem Bundesministerium jährlich bis zum 1. März des folgenden Jahres nach den Vorgaben des Anhangs IV der Entscheidung 2003/886/EG der Kommission vom 10. Dezember 2003 zur Festlegung der Kriterien für die Übermittlung der Angaben gemäß der Richtlinie 64/432/EWG des Rates (ABl. EU Nr. L 332 S. 53) in der jeweils geltenden Fassung den Stand der BHV1-Sanierung.
