§ 15. Natsionaliseeritud maa tagastamise või kompenseerimise erisused
Natsionaliseeritud maa ja sellega püsivalt seotud loodusobjektide tagastamisel või kompenseerimisel rakendatakse käesolevat seadust, kui Eesti Vabariigi maareformi seadusest (RT 1991, 34, 426; 1992, 10, 145; I 1993, 20, 354) ei tulene teisiti.
