Art. 1
1 Unter dem Namen «Fonds für wirtschaftsfördernde Zwecke» besteht in der Einwohnergemeinde Thun eine verwaltete Stiftung im Sinne von Art. 92 f. der Gemeindeverordnung. 2 Der Fonds bezweckt die finanzielle Unterstützung von Aktionen aller Art zur allgemeinen Propagierung und Förderung des Wirtschaftsstandortes und Arbeitsplatzes Thun. Ausgeschlossen sind Beiträge für konkrete einzelbetriebliche Unternehmensförderung.
